The hotel's location is superb, next to the beach and Ocean City boardwalk. The rooms, while facing the water, can be too bright in the mornings and lack a sign for housekeeping. The pool is a bit small for the number of guests. The separate building for some rooms may not suit everyone.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, and the representative we spoke to when booking was very helpful. However, our room wasn't ready until almost an hour past the check-in time.

The service at the hotel was fabulous from the moment we arrived. The front desk clerk was unprofessional, but other staff members were very professional, friendly, and eager to assist. We are looking forward to returning in the Summer.
